Nicolas Deramecourt

Certainly, Nicolas Deramecourt is one of the entrepreneurs who provide solutions. Its approach aims to support electric mobility, to develop a new alternative in terms of recharging. It is therefore as natural as it is opportune that he develops "Share my terminal", in the valley of electro-mobility.

His initiative is the result of a reflection initiated during confinement. The former agent
insurance, passionate about ecology, energy and transition has decided to take action, to have
an impact at its level on the transformation of our lifestyles.

A plug and an app

Among these, not the least, it is on our daily movements and the transition to eco-
mobility that he decided to focus his research. Quickly appeared the issue of the offer of
reloading and more precisely, that of its mesh, its accessibility.
The few terminals present in hypermarket car parks or those, public, updated
available will not be able to meet all of the demand. Hence the solution devised by
Nicolas: ensure that each individual with a terminal becomes a provider of
solution, of service for its neighbours. The "Share my charging station" plug allows any charging station to
recharge to be pooled in complete safety. The transformation of the vehicle fleet will be possible at
this condition: we must find the means to create a very accessible recharging network
and easy.

Company and University

To develop his project, Nicolas Deramecourt not only set up in the Pole
metropolitan area of Artois, in the heart of the Valley of electro-mobility. He is part of this
virtuous ecosystem. Thus the research and prototyping stages are carried out in
close collaboration with the students and teachers of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of
the University of Artois in Bethune. It is within the electro-mechanical lab that the plug is born.
Eventually and concretely, any charging station equipped with the plug will be communicating. That
will collect and use data to share its use. the
number of terminals already accessible is minimal, their deployment via public networks
and sometimes (and almost always) laborious or even fruitless, to meet the needs and the desire
of an ever-growing community convinced of the need to drive electric from
as possible. What is at stake is how we, collectively, are going to support the
electric mobility, to make it effectively and sustainably plausible.

A community of enthusiasts

At the origin of "Share my terminal" a question: what are we going to do tomorrow? And more
the answer given by Nicolas who, an entrepreneur in soul and in deeds, is a
regional innovator. First incubated at EuraTechnologies, Rev3 winner, he found and enjoys
Béthune and Ruitz, a state of mind, a favorable environment: "We don't flit around, there is a
line of conduct and everyone strives to respect it".

Committed to electro-mobility

Nicolas is not at his first attempt. With a partner, he first created “My auto terminal”. In
year one, 600 installations in private homes were carried out. 4 are planned these
coming months. Promoting electro-mobility is certainly responding to an inspiration
growing.
