The assets of the location
Major players in automobile distribution, the Emil Frey groups (leading automobile distribution group, 250 points of sale) and BC Auto Enchères (European leader in the remarketing of used vehicles) have decided to set up the largest center of renovation on our territory.
After 9 months of work, the former logistics platform operated for Carrefour in Lens was chosen to house the new activity. Assets that made the difference:
- a strategic location:
- a geographical position less than 50 km from most partner concessions
- proximity to the A21 and the main roads
- little work
- an employment and training pool conducive to recruitment.
