Industrial plots RN47

Within the Artois Flandres Industrial Park, the SIZIAF is redeveloping 23 ha previously belonging to the Française de Mécanique site. These 23 ha are ideally located in front of the RN 47 and in the immediate vicinity of the future ACC production site.

These lands will make it possible to create a 6-hectare living area bringing together catering, sports and leisure services, offices and meeting rooms for companies and employees. 10 ha of land in lots of 1 to 2 ha will be dedicated to welcoming new companies wishing to participate in the creation of a showcase for the industry of the future.
